V55 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the v55 platform and its users. By using the v55.world website or app, or by registering an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

For international cricket, football, and other sports, results are determined based on official announcements from the relevant governing bodies. Cricket results determined by the DLS method will be recognized as official.

V55 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and withdrawals will not be permitted until those terms are fulfilled. General bonus policies are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (WR) — typically ranging from 3x to 10x.
• Withdrawable balance is only generated once the wagering requirements on bonus balance have been fully met.

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred friend must be a new member and complete the required first deposit. Two members of the same household cannot act as referrer and referee.

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.

V55 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. Users may also request account closure at any time.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information provided at registration is proven.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit the required documents.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request on your own initiative.

The v55 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. v55 shall not be held liable in the following circumstances.

• A user's password or login credentials being accessed by another party.
• Financial losses arising from betting.
